11.              POLICIES AND PROCEDURES REVISION

11.1          By-Laws/Policies and Procedures Committee

11.1.1    The By-laws/ Policies and Procedures Committee will review the by-laws and the policies and procedures manual annually and submit findings and recommendations to the E-Board by the September meeting. 

11.2          Amendments

11.2.1    The E-Board may pass its recommendations to the Association after a minimum of one discussion at an E-Board meeting.

11.2.2    Policy and Procedure amendments or additions must be presented in writing prior to the meeting of their first reading.  The amendments or additions must be presented at two regular Association meetings before they are voted on.  The amendments or additions must be approved by a two-thirds majority vote of the active members present at the meeting.  Upon approval, the revisions to the Policies and Procedures will be placed in the manual.

11.2.3    A current Policies and Procedures manual will be given to all active members of the Association at the beginning of each year, and to any new person on joining the Association.  Members must sign to acknowledge receiving their copy.
