10.              Bereavement /Sympathy 

10.1          The Immediate Past President shall be responsible for sending a card, flowers, or similar for sickness/hospitalization or death of Association members and immediate family.  Long-term illnesses shall be considered a single circumstance.  Immediate family is defined as:

Spouse or live-in significant other

Children

Others as approved by the E-Board
